	The Residential model incorporates box style eaves with drip molding you would find on a conventionally built home. We use Duralap aluminum siding with it's unique interlocking panel system that eliminates seams on the side wall. You may also upgrade to vinyl siding on the Residential. There are several different colors available to match your home.

Standard Features up to 150 mph wind load, 75 psf floor load, 2x6 pressure treated floor joists notched into two double-2X6 pressure treated skids for extra stability and strength, 3/4" pressure treated tongue in groove plywood flooring system, Duralap seamless siding system on 2X4 southern pine framing that provides extra strength and durability.
